On Your First Visit

Please arrive 20 minutes early to allow extra time for check-in. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your consultation, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your appointment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will need to reschedule.

Late Policy

If you arrive later than scheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests and will be charged at full value.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

If you don’t show up for an appointment or cancel your appointment without notifying Onsite Wellness Now in a timely manner (24 hours prior), there may be a $25 Re-Booking fee that will become a credit applied to your rescheduled service. In the event of a second no-show or cancellation without proper notice, the $25 Booking Fee will reimburse Onsite Wellness Now for time lost.

Special Conditions

Please notify our Spa Consultant before scheduling your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.

Age Requirement

Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.
